Hello Alpha Sigs. I hope you are having a great Holiday Season.

As we tend to focus on which football games to watch and gifts to be returned, the formal end of our Burn the Old Gal’s Mortgage is right in front of us, December 31st. We only have until January 15th to get our donation to our Treasurer, Lenny Duff #975. I hope you will consider we need to raise $220,000 before The Old Gal’s variable rate mortgage is adjusted on February 1st. In my last email a few weeks ago, we had reached $151,000 in donations pledged. We are now at just over $161,000! We need to accelerate our rate of progress to reach our goal of burning the entire mortgage principle by January 31st, 2026. Some nice large donations were pleasant surprises from several of our very generous Brothers, and we THANK them all for advancing our goals. However, it really does take donations of ALL sizes….so PLEASE do what YOU can to carry us to the finish line.
